Begonia

Monika took my classes at Emily Carr in the spring and produced this delightful stippled pen and ink drawing of a sprig of begonia, focusing on translating colour into tone. It was a delight to watch her work so carefully and with great sensitivity. I hope to see more from Monika when her busy life allows.
